Window Wanderland 2024
Findhorn Bay Arts - Window Wanderland commissions for the high street displays. The theme of this showcase was nature and belonging. I created two crepe paper window displays. 20th-29th of September.
The first commission was for the Red Cross charity shop in Forres. I chose to depict a beach sunset as the town of Forres is located 5 miles from the Findhorn bay. I used the rainbow colours for the rays of the run and the boats on the water for the LGBTQIA+ theme as it is an inclusive and welcoming community.

The second commission of mine for this festival showcase was for the Under the Leaves bookstore in the center of the high street. For this design I chose to depict a owl reading a book “hoot hoot” under the colourful stars.
